Her journey began with helping friends and family in apartment complex gyms, then moved to high school tracks, church parking lots, and eventually owning her own gym, which she closed around 2020. Swann then decided to transform her garage into a fully equipped training space, where she now conducts personal training sessions and Zoom sessions.
Swann has always had a passion for fitness and fun physical activities. Growing up in Michigan, she was an active child, engaging in cartwheels, tree climbing, yard races, and wrestling with her cousins and siblings.

After her service, she earned dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Management and Computer Information Systems from DeVry University. Shortly after, she obtained her personal training certification from the Cooper Institute.
With over a decade of experience in IT, Swann transitioned into fitness. For three years, she juggled a full-time role as a System Analyst/Software Developer while also working as a personal trainer, before fully committing to health and fitness.

In addition to her training work, Swann serves as the Executive Manager for several Fitness & Bodybuilding events. She shifted from competing on stage to managing all aspects of event organization, including locating the venues, to negotiating contracts, to overseeing the social media accounts and websites.
